Orders are shipped from the United States so extra duties and taxes may apply, depending on your selected destination. Please note that Ekster is not responsible for, and does not refund these costs.
For international shipping we offer two options:
Full Customs Clearance
This means that all duties and taxes are paid (Delivered Duties Paid, DDP) included in your order. The amount will automatically be calculated before you checkout.
Duties May Apply
This option means that delivered duties are unpaid (DDU) and you are responsible for paying the custom duties and any additional fees (if applicable to your country) once your package arrives
Both options will have door to door tracking.
Please note: orders being shipped to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom do not require additional customs or duties to be paid on the order.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you. Please note that your tracking information will only be activated once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to our support team via our Contact Form.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship our items within 1-2 business days from the moment of purchase. Standard delivery times vary per region and can be found here. Carriers are dealing with higher volumes than normal during the Black Friday / Cyber Week period, so please allow some extra business days for your items to arrive.
How will my package be delivered?
Smaller items like wallets are delivered to your mailbox in a secure bubble-wrapped mailer, while larger items are delivered in cardboard boxes.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please ensure you are available at the delivery location to receive your parcel, as Ekster are not responsible for packages which are misplaced after the tracking has been confirmed as delivered.
Can I return items purchased during Black Friday?
At Ekster, items can be returned for a full refund within 100 days from the date of delivery. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. Engraved items are not eligible for returns.
Please note: Returns are free, although a small $15 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for larger items such as backpacks.
Is there a warranty on products purchased during Black Friday?
All our wallets and accessories come with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it’s normal for some issues to arise during production. Our 1 year warranty policy protects your purchase from any manufacturing defects that may arise within the first year of use. Backpacks and add-ons have a two year warranty from the moment of purchase.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 shipped to USA, UK, and Canada. A standard shipping fee will be applied to orders under $50.
WHY CAN’T I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you can’t track your order, it may be for several reasons: the tracking information is not yet available, the tracking number is incorrect, or there may be a delay in the tracking system updates.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become available/updated after receiving your shipping confirmation email. If you still face issues, contact our customer support team for further assistance.
